All of our properties are located within a few blocks of Rowan Boulevard, a $300 million makeover of historic downtown Glassboro, and the largest ongoing municipal redevelopment project in New Jersey. One-third of a mile long connecting Mullica Hill Road (Route 322) with Main Street, Rowan Boulevard has literally transformed the borough since ground was first broken in 2009 and is just getting started.
